Bethany Platt is in grave danger in next week’s Coronation Street as predator Nathan Curtis sets up ANOTHER grooming party. Nathan rounds up another gang of men to meet his 16-year-old victim in a life-changing week for the schoolgirl on next week’s Corrie.
In a shocking trailer for the upcoming scenes a group of men, including pervert Ian, can be seen leering at Bethany as Nathan tells her “Why don’t you go and get comfy?”
Bethany is then seen looking distressed as she sits in the bedroom with a drink in her hand.
“Are you sure she’s ready for this?” asks his accomplice Mel.
“She better had be. She’s cost me enough time as it is,” replies sinister Nathan, who was frustrated after Bethany was rescued from his flat by her worried mum Sarah in Friday’s double bill.
In a dramatic twist Shona Ramsey, who was a victim of Nathan’s, warns Bethany’s family that she’s in danger after she discovers that her ex has ensnared the vulnerable teenager. A bloodied and beaten Shona tells Bethany’s uncle David: “Bethany. She’s in trouble.” And her mum Sarah begs to know where she is.
Bethany bolted from the Platt household on Friday after stabbing her mum’s boyfriend Gary Windass in the arm when she discovered the couple were trying to keep her away from Nathan, who has been grooming her since finding her collapsed on the cobbles at Christmas.
While pretending to be a loving boyfriend, she was forced by Nathan into sleeping with his sinister friend Neil at one of his house parties.
He then arranged for Ian to sleep with her in exchange for money but Bethany was found passed out from drinking by Sarah and Gary and taken home.
